1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DueWise, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

DueWise is a bill reminder application that helps users track payment due dates. The app offers OCR scanning to extract payment information from bills and receipts, and sends push notifications for upcoming due dates.

3. Subscriptions

DueWise offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock unlimited bill scanning. Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Free Tier

DueWise allows you to create up to 3 bill reminders for free. After reaching this limit, a premium subscription is required to add more reminders, whether by scanning or manual entry.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter. DueWise is a reminder tool and does not process or make payments on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer

DueWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed payments or inaccurate OCR results. Always verify extracted data before saving.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
