How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your DueWise account and all associated data, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Send a message via WhatsApp to +57 320 493 0650 with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In.
We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data will be deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email)
All bill reminders and payment records
Push notification settings and device tokens
Any subscription data managed through the app

Subscriptions

If you have an active DueWise Premium subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion. You can manage your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
